Everyone loves a strawberry and banana smoothie and they are not only super easy to make but also pretty healthy.

 Ingredients:

  • 1  banana
  • 15 strawberries
  • 100 ml of semi-skimmed milk

 

 

 


Method:

  1. Chop the fruit into small pieces and place into a blender.
  2. Blend the fruit until smooth.
  3. Add all of the milk and blend again. Simple!
